By sharing your health reports from the Outch! application, your doctor will be able to precisely monitor the evolution, frequency and intensity of your symptoms and adapt your treatment accordingly.
Sharing your health reports is done via the creation of a secure link within the Outch! application. Send this link to your doctor so that he can consult your monitoring from his computer and add the data of interest to your medical file.
Before your next medical appointment, the Outch! automatically suggests you list your questions and the points to discuss with your doctor on the big day. This way, you are sure not to forget anything!
Once your consultation has passed, Outch! helps you note conclusions and next steps in your care journey, without forgetting to track and measure changes in symptoms experienced.
Do you want to keep certain health information only for you? The Outch! allows you to configure your sharing link and include or exclude the health reports of your choice.

The Outch! is free for patients. To access it, simply download the application from the Appstore or Google Play and create an account.
You can buy a subscription for premium version if you want.
