The paid study SleepTrack by Outch! accompanies 1000 patients with mild sleep disorders in order to improve their sleep quality in 30 days.
Sign up on the Ouch! appThe study is aimed at patients with mild sleep disorders, who have temporary: difficulty falling asleep, light or non-restorative sleep, frequent nocturnal awakenings, micro-awakenings, daytime sleepiness, an irregular sleep rhythm or mild Bruxism.
The aim of the study is to help patients improve their sleep quality by identifying behaviors and potentials in their daily lives. triggering factors which may be the cause of their sleep disorders. The study provides the keys to adopting lifestyle habits that are known to have a positive impact on sleep.
During the 30-day study, participants will have to carry out several actions: an initial assessment in order to assess the quality of their sleep via theSleep diary Ouch! , achieve daily and progressively goals aimed at improving their sleep quality, and finally a final assessment to assess progress and the impact on sleep quality.
In addition to improving their sleep quality, participants gain reward points each time they complete the daily actions planned as part of the study (completion of the sleep agenda, achievement of a goal beneficial for sleep, etc.).
By completing the study every day, a participant can receive up to 10,000 points (i.e. €20), to be spent in the Outch! store. At the end of the study, all participants will receive statistics and conclusions of the study that will allow them to compare their progress compared to all participants!
After carrying out an initial assessment on the quality of their sleep, patients should choose a lens to be achieved daily in order to have a positive impact on their sleep. Each week, the goal to be reached increases gradually in order to allow patients to adapt and see the first positive effects on their sleep.
Depending on their appetite, lifestyle or physical condition, patients participating in the study may choose one of the following goals: Number of daily steps to be carried out, limitation of the screen consumption or even adopt regular sunrise and sunset times over the entire study period.

By connecting a health monitoring application, patients can share the information relevant to the study as they wish: physical activity level (number of steps taken per day), sleep time (bed/wake times) or even screen exposure time. Thanks to this data, theSleepTrack study and its final assessment are even more accurate. In addition, it is possible to disconnect at any time with one click!
