The study “My life as a chronic patient” is aimed at patients who live with chronic symptoms or illnesses on a daily basis.
The aim of the study is to understand the impact that chronic symptoms can have on patients' quality of life, in order to develop digital tools that will improve their care and quality of life in the long term.
The study consists of a questionnaire of twenty questions that takes less than 5 minutes to complete. It makes it possible to trace the patient's history (diagnosis, care path, etc.), to identify the sources of information that were useful to him to refine his knowledge of the symptoms, and finally to list the priority needs for which the patient did not find an appropriate solution.
By participating in this study, patients have direct access to the Ouch! innovation team. Our engineers will take care of developing innovative digital solutions to effectively meet the priority needs of the majority of patients! As a chronic patient, participating in this study is a way to make your voice heard and to promote health innovation!
For chronic patients who wish to do so, you can receive the results of the “My Life as a Chronic Patient” study and thus check if you have the same priority needs as other patients who are part of the Ouch! community. It is also a great way to be reassured and to see that there are thousands of chronic patients who, like you, want to make things happen!

On average, we see that a patient enrolled in one of our health programs can earn the equivalent of €50 to €250 per year in reward points, if they respect all the conditions of the program.
